Private training offers the highest level of ACCOUNTABILITY with one-on-one fitness and nutrition education sessions. Your trainer will help you stay on track, build your custom exercise routine, and has an arsenal of nutrition plans that will help you reach ANY goal you desire.

$22.50 – $69 per session or $120 – $540 per month

GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training sessions are workouts that are designed by your trainer and performed with small group of people. Choose group sessions each week and enjoy fresh and new workouts every time you workout. Groups are limited to 10 or fewer attendees so you can get the personal attention you need to succeed.

$8 – $12.50 per session or $100 – $200 per month

My name is Jake, I am a formerly obese binge-eater and a metabolism expert. I damaged my metabolism pretty badly from years of chronic dieting.
