STAY-AT-HOME and ONLINE OPTIONS
Not ready for the gym? Not in the Portland area? We have you covered!! Download the ONLINE version of our Weight Loss Jump Start plan and get all the nutritional help you need to lose weight fast. You also get 4 weeks of exercises with instructional videos and access to our private Facebook group for additional support.
This is a one-time 4 week program and not a recurring membership.
If you prefer working out at home for any reason, our ONLINE membership gives you access to weekly fitness classes via ZOOM. Follow along with us live or watch recorded classes at your convenience.
We also offer 1-on-1 private training over ZOOM meetings so you can get the results you are looking for without leaving the comfort and safety of your home.
Any, or all, of your private sessions can be used for nutrition coaching.
