My name is Jake, I am a formerly obese binge-eater and a metabolism expert. I damaged my metabolism pretty badly from years of chronic dieting. I have made it my personal goal to study how our metabolisms work and find a fix for slow and sluggish metabolisms that plague so many of us who have ridden that diet roller coaster.
